Kenny Chiou

My name is Kenny Chiou and I am a postdoc in the SMack Lab. I am broadly interested in the relationships across multiple levels of organisms, from the DNA machinery in their cells to interactions with their social and ecological environments. I work mainly with baboons and other papionin monkeys in the field and co-direct the Baboons Zambia project, a multi-institution and multidisciplinary project advancing scientific knowledge of baboon biology while supporting educational and community development goals in Zambia. Unrelated to my work, I read a lot about design and a lot about seafood. You can read more about me at my website and by following me on twitter.
